RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Vergara Collection offers refunds or web-store credit at our discretion if you change your mind about your purchase within 28 days of your order being submitted. Following the product return request approval, your order must be received by us within 5 business days and must be unused with no signs of damage It is up to the buyer to cover the costs of return shipping.
  • As our products are limited and imported from Colombia, we currently don’t offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order. If there is a fault with a product you have purchased from Vergara Collection and you are requesting a refund, you need to contact us directly for us to send through the requirements. You may need to give evidence of the fault in the product you have purchased.
  • If we have approved a product refund based on your product displaying a fault, we will provide you with the refund once we have evaluated the product at our warehouse and deemed it to be faulty and it qualifies for a refund as part of our Terms. If we provide you with a refund you will receive this through the exact payment method that you used purchased the item.
  • Subject to this section, we are not able to provide a refund or accept returns of products that are not in original sale condition. Products must be unused with original tags still attached to qualify for return.
  • If you are returning an item to our warehouse, please ensure you use appropriate packaging so as to ensure the product is not damaged during the return delivery process. Following approval for your return, you need to ensure the product is delivered to us within 5 business days of this approval. 
  • While a Vergara Collection product is in your possession, it is your duty of care to ensure you do not damage it. If you return a damaged item, you may be accountable for the costs associated with its repair to bring it back to its original condition. In the event that repairing a product is not economically feasible, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Please keep a proof of postage just in case your order is lost after you send it back to Vergara Collection. We may not be able to process your return if you fail to do so.
  • The customer must pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Only after the refund is approved and the piece is received in the conditions that Vergara Collection has stipulated, the cost of the transport will be refunded too.
  • We cannot accept returns of swimwear or underwear bottoms if the hygiene seal has been removed.
